I'd defrost them for a few minutes. Can't hurt, and nothing would be worse than biting into one and finding ice in the middle.

Just wait until they're not completely solid to the touch. If there's a little give when you apply some pressure, they're probably alright. Otherwise, they could still be icy in the middle or explode when you try to cook them.
