nope, i don't think Dreamworks will manage
they posted a huge $247M loss for Q4 2015
and they don't actually OWN dreamworld.
they only gain some royalties, it's like how H@rry P0tt3r is licensed to Universal Studios.
and it's not even a lot because it is not the same as gaining profit from running an entire theme park
Dreamworld only gets 2 million visitors per year
Disney Parks combined got 134M visitors in 2014
2015 figures are estimated to be around 140M(Thanks in part to Disneyland's 60th Anniversary celebration, and all the Star Wars Land hype)
That figure is going to jump to the 160M in 2016 with the opening of Shanghai Disneyland later this year. |
