@Super The circles are areas where the land has been watered by an irrigation system. They are attached to the ground at the center and rotate. Most people just call them "crop circles."

Likely shadow or rock that goes very deep into the ocean. If you look on the land near the "island" You would see it's the same. This is not blood. "Put your hand in the mystery box!"
