Participation and Agreement In order to participate in DevEx, you agree that ROBLOX: - reserves the right to set and change the rate at which ROBUX are exchanged at anytime for ANY REASON. - reserves the right to change requirements and qualifications for use of the service at any time. - reserves the right to deny the service to any participant for ANY REASON. And saving the worst for last: - owns all the content on ROBLOX.com and any ROBLOX-owned sites and brands. If you develop a game, author a model, or create something that catches our eye, ...... it belongs to ROBLOX. << lol Roblox should probably update this so that somebody doesn't sue them out of operation.

When you made your account, you agreed to the terms and conditions. These terms apply here. None of this is illegal. ROBLOX is just competent enough to know that if they did any of this, they would lose customers.

I made my account in 2009. DevEx did not exist in 2009. "My parents" were present to agree to the terms and conditions in 2009. My parents were not present to agree to any new legally binding contract when DevEx was created. I am not 18. I am not older than 18. DevEx terms and null and void.

by playing ROBLOX and using DevEX you agree to new terms and conditions. You are not grandfathered in for new features. You must read new conditions when new features utilizing said new conditions are created. #CODE -- >>>>>>>implying

Lmao it's so funny that these children are trying to tell ME, out of all people, the law. It's a pretty simple concept that minors cannot agree to contracts. Roblox would have 1 of 2 choices -- they could either force every minor's parents to agree to new terms of service every time they are changed, or they would have to disable every single account of those minors until their parents agreed to those terms. Note that they would have to disable ALL of those accounts, otherwise it would be discrimination.

>Lmao it's so funny that these children are trying to tell ME, out of all people, the law. yes, you, the all-knowing roblox lawyer, are facing a measly peasant -- as a possible *shudders* ch-challenger? >It's a pretty simple concept that minors cannot agree to contracts. Roblox would have 1 of 2 choices -- they could either force every minor's parents to agree to new terms of service every time they are changed, "It is very important that every ROBLOX user (and their parent, if user is under 18) review the following rules so that they can know what is or is not allowed on ROBLOX. By using this site, every user and their parents agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Roblox reserves the right to change our terms and conditions at any time." --Source: http://www.roblox.com/info/terms-of-service Your parents agreed apparently, even though we all know that no one's read that. So, yep. They do make your parents read it. >or they would have to disable every single account of those minors until their parents agreed to those terms. Um, sure. yeah. Also one late note: "We reserve the right to prohibit the use of the site to any user at any time." --Source: http://www.roblox.com/info/terms-of-service http://www.roblox.com/176-item?id=361815177

if it were "hilariously blatantly illegal" then the IRS would have shut it down, do you really think nationally known things like this wouldn't be investigated

roblox created and currently maintains and provides their platform for free. it makes perfect sense that everything made with their software is legally theirs.

Precisely -- she is right. I am 17, and Roblox can do what they want -- given they apply the same rules to everybody, otherwise they would quickly be put out of operation in a massive multi million dollar punitive damage lawsuit for discrimination. Once again, it's not a hard concept to understand -- I'm not an adult, therefore policy updates that my parents or guardians do not sign cannot be applied to me. Even though they cannot be applied to me, they can however disable my account for not having somebody agree to the new policy. If they did that however they would have to disable every single account of minors whose parents and or guardians did not agree to the new policy, otherwise it would be obvious discrimination against me. GFink it seems you, the all knowing Roblox lawyer, were just outlawed by somebody with such little experience with law. I mean, I certainly haven't picked anything up from my dad who has been a police officer since I was born and has passed the Bar exam. And I'm sure I learned nothing from my mom who won over 90 thousand dollars against our state turnpike quasi-governmental organization in a discrimination case. Yep, you're right, I must just know nothing about the law. I mean, a student who can get himself out of 90% of teachers detentions citing constitutional law must not know anything.

More 12 year olds claiming just because something is in a policy means its true. So if I made a website saying "if you agree to the policy, your house, computer, wife, children, and everything you have ever bought is property of this website" would it be true? No. Point made. Come back when you have at least 1% of the legal knowledge as me. Until then I'm just going to ignore your laughably ignorant attempts to prove me wrong on the matter.
