Hmm, might be a issue with your computer, connection, or Roblox is just giving out on you. Make sure you have a good connection and keep trying. Chapter 4 shouldn't have anything TOO crazy preventing you from joining. Not much help I can give past that.

Maybe tone your Roblox graphic settings down. If you're at 1 and it still runs badly... then how do you even play anything on that computer of yours.
Plus, if it's just loadtimes, be patient, it's a huge game.
