some people see those visions but i mean i dont for some reason
and instead of being awake through the process for 5 mins then being able to move again, i just fall asleep again while paralyzed then wake up again able to move |

yeah i can blink but thats about it
some people say if you scrunch up your face a few times as if you smelled something bad you can instantly break out of it but since i cant open my mouth to scream or talk i dont know how that works |

I suffer from sleep paralysis so what you need to do is close your eyes or try to or you can get medication |
