The fact that you have posted this for such a long time means anyone who can script guns have been avoiding you for some reason.
Some common reasons may include.
1)Rip-off
2)Not Trustworthy
3)Too vague
4)Uncooperative
5)Treat them like slaves
You've been getting no responses because you make fun of any scripter you come across and act like you can get one for a better prices..

I can script you guns (depending on what you want). I've never worked on animations before though, but I can script you guns compatible with FE, and have all the basic guns stuff with extras if you want them.
I'll make a comprehensive gun kit for 15k<
