I can firmly say that you're wrong.
I've been given the explanation of exactly why Dystra wasn't given TGI, and it wasn't because Tainted broke his end of the deal. |

5ancu, Tainted told us that Dystra was too wishy-washy, and that he was going to give it to a better fit leader, namely himself, you know, despite the fact that he changed his mind about shutting it down and giving it away and was about as consistent as a the leading political party in a third world country. Then a mass rebellion revolt happened and the rest is history.
Basically he only wanted TGI after Dystra cured it's cancer. |

for one, rodgerdodger didn't want to say it publicly, because he believed it would be shaming him (rodger doesn't seem to have any problem with foa from my pov).
he entrusted me with the information, and to ensure that i remain reliable, and can be trusted with information on relatively important things, i won't reveal it either
