Commenting problems

Can you make it so people that didn't pay for a paid access game can't comment and people that are less than a month old on roblox can't comment to reduce spam and if someon gets reported and banned for commenting something bad he gets a 1 month no comment penalty :D I wil post this 1 time per day to make sure roblox sees this

and if i get banned for spam then i would be happy because that means they saw my messenge atleast i don't post it 100 times per day
