Create a diversion and make a break for the door. Seal the door with wooden boards and plastic glue so that the infection can't spread.

Disinfect the wound, or don't if the cut is too deep. You don't want to push dirt into any exposed flesh. Bandage the wound with whatever gauze you have and keep it raised to reduce any possible infection from circulating around your bloodstream. Call an ambulance if the bleeding is too severe to handle yourself.
