DUD I LITERALLY SEARCHED THE WIKI FOR THIS BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND THE WIKIS ALL OVER THE PLACE

I've said this before.
You can't find something specific to this in the same way that you can't find a step-by-step tutorial to make a ride-able pink oliphaunt that shoots missiles from its trunk and lasers from its eyes with smart cars for roller skates and bat wings to make it fly.
Is it possible? Sure. Do they teach you specifically what to do for a very specific thing? No, of course not.
You need to learn scripting in general, you can't just learn what is required for this one specific concept.

Once you learn how to script, it's your job to think about how to apply what you've learned to do what you want. |

Now, if you'd ask for help with understanding something in general or what's causing a specific problem, I'd be far more willing to help. |

I feel like the more languages you know the easier it will be to learn more because you already understand the concept.
Learning a language isn't about trying to translate the words into the language you knew first, its about being able to understand the words as is ;P |

I am willing to help you because these other people are to rude to. At the tutorials page on the Roblox Wiki, go to the User Interface tutorials. You will probably also want to learn some more scripting, so check out the hour of code videos on youtube. You WILL learn if you persist. Trust me, I know. I was once just like you. Here are some tips: when a screen GUI is placed in the StarterGui service, it is replicated into every player's PlayerGui whenever they spawn. A PlayerGui is located inside the actual player in game.Players, and screenGuis must be located there to be viewed by the player. Also, PlayerGuis are cleared when a player dies. Let me know if you have any other questions. Don't listen to those people who won't help you. Keep persisting! |
