Guest sending friend request glitch

I don't know if this is a glitch or a guest really did send me a friend request but when I look on my friends list the guest is not their this is the second time this has happened and I want to know why? Have any of you got a friend request from a guest before? How can I stop this glitch?

In like 2012 a guest sent me one in game.
