Replace their name with something ridiculous, like a content deleted and a number. Then, put their inactive username under previous usernames. Just because they picked a name and never played again, shouldn't make it exclusively theirs. If someone else wants that username to put it to much better use, then why not?

Good idea also I think changing usernames should be free like lets say you are 5 years old and make and account called "LovingMommy" or something you don't want to see when you are 10 playing roblox. People change roblox 1000 robux is crazy.
