this is like the only thing i dont get, can someone just clear it up on how to like send a message from the client to another user from inside the game? thanks

You'll need a web server to actually send the message. All you do is send the command and contents form ingame. Check out Froast's php bot http://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=161232877

You can only do it from accounts you have access to. Don't ask ppl for their credentials..
