If you want top notch, 200 isn't gonna cut it. Maybe more like 10k. There is this one gfx artist called xlr. Search him, then go to his deviantart on his bio.

Just in-case you still think you can get a "TOP" designer for a mere 200 robux, some "TOP" designers, dont consider jobs under 1,000 R$. I suggest you hit a Robux-Bank, because the "top" designers your chasing after have had deals go for 50k robux. Just a re-iteration of the few who have said the same thing.
