Add "Like" and "Dislike" thumbs on forum posts and replies

I think adding "Like" and "Dislike" thumbs on forum posts and replies to them is a good idea. If you are on a forum, asking for help, you coould find the most useful one, because if it has helped they can like it. You can also do it if you like someones comment, maybe because it is funny or helpful. -EoinlawlorsALT (No clue why i use my ALT)
