As this rule stands, if you have been scammed, hacked, whatever it be, your items can only be restored once. Over two years ago, out of my stupid actions, I was scammed. Four of my limited items and all of my robux were taken from me. I emailed the admins about it, and they were able to restore everything and perma-ban the scammer. Just recently, my account was hacked into. I did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to get my account hacked, not even logging on Roblox the week it happened. I never downloaded anything or clicked on any ads, either. I've even scanned and done manual checks of my download history and open tasks only to find nothing even remotely suspicious. I never logged on to any other computer and NO ONE BUT ME has my account information. Still, out of everything, my information was compromised during my absence and ALL of my limited items were stolen. I didn't even have Builder's Club before 2/9/16, the date of the attack. I emailed the admins about what happened, but they refused to restore ANYTHING because I had already used up my 'courtesy'. What audience is this rule trying to protect? As it stands now, the hackers (or script kiddies, mind you) are the ones being protected by this rule. While le0zap (the hacker) may be banned, my items are still in his possession. Why does this rule even exist at all? What is this rule even trying to prove in the first place? Why is the restoration of my items a 'courtesy' no matter what happened? The way this rule operates as of now makes it so that you have to be LUCKY in not being hacked throughout your existence on Roblox. If your account is compromised more than once, you're screwed. This rule should either be completely rid of or revised. One courtesy isn't enough, and I believe it should at least MATTER whether the theft of your items was your fault or not.

Imagine if there was a "courtesy" rule with police. They'll find and prosecute the criminal who robbed your house the first time and return your items. Then all of a sudden sometime later another person robs your house. Imagine hearing "Sorry, you already used your courtesy, we won't get your items back." I wonder what roblox thinks about that, because it's ridiculous.

@hollie virtual items you pay money for. You buy robux and with the robux you buy items Also, I dont think you'd be very happy if your account was stolen and roblox didn't try to help you at all would you?
