To 'Invite':
Click on a user, under their avatar(character) there will be 'Send Friend Request' and 'Send Message'. Click 'Send Friend Request', fill in the 'Message' box, then send.
To Accept:
Click 'My ROBLOX' then click 'Profile'. Scroll down the page and look under your 'favorites' and 'groups'. If someone wants to be your friend, there will be a bar and in that bar, there should be a character(or more) with 'Accept' or 'Decline' under them(I think.) Then click one of those two.
