This idea is simple. I think the whitelist is updated once a year, so I think we should allow users to add what to add and it can be seen and reviewed like reports but in another tab, or however the staff sees it.
The only reason I found you might not support this is because either it is better to simple remove the whitelist, get the developers to make custom chats(A ROBLOX Rule of Conduct disallows exploiting vulnerabilities in this the whitelist bypass), or obviously a joke reason.

Support. Another good addition would be to add a personal blacklist. You could add words to be filtered in your settings, and it would be filtered on your screen, not anyone else.

Are you sure though? Wouldn't people just blacklist words like "Hello"?
I mean, its a good idea but think about the trolls that might just add normal words into the list so you can only see things like:
"#####, ### ### ###?" (Hello, how are you?) |

The submission is reviewed by the moderators before it's added.
