After buying a non-limited hat, a user has 24 hours to delete their hat and get a refund.
BUT BUT SHADOW. U COULD JUST USE IT EVERY SINGLE DAY AND HAVE UR HATS FOR FREE
Shut up I'm not done yet.
The user could not use it twice on the same hat for at least a week. That way, if they decide to buy it a second time, they will be unable to return it before the 24 hour deadline.
This is just a matter of making the site more user-friendly, and it would be easier to "Try-On" clothing.
BUT BUT SHADOW. YOU CAN USE CATALOG HEAVEN, OR PLUG-INS. NO ONE WOULD USE THIS FOR TRYING ON CLOTHING.
Can you stop? Obviously they would. You'd see the positioning of your avatar, and it would be more accessible than plug-ins and catalog heaven.
Fun fact: Did you know that not everyone uses plug-ins? And that catalog heaven is slow and clunky to use? |

Fun fact: it says in the terms of service no refunds! |
|
|
Fun fact: The refunds refer to real money purchases such as Robux and Builder's Club. Legally speaking, your Robux purchases are not charges. That's why it's in the BILLING section... |
|
|
Excuse me, I mean when you buy a hat with Robux, legally speaking that is not a charge. They're only talking about refunding real money. |

Fun Fact! All sales of Roblox products and services are final, including virtual items and currency. No refunds will be given. If you believe an unauthorized charge was made under your account, you must notify us immediately so that we may take appropriate action.
ALL SALES.
VIRTUAL ITEMS.
and currency. |

@Ax, you clearly don't understand
Legal Definition of Sale: "A transfer of property or title thereto in exchange for a sum of money; the agreement or contract by which such a transfer takes place."
Robux is not a sum of money. It is not money.
BUT YOU CAN EXCHANGE IT FOR REAL MONEY WITH DEV-EX, WHICH AUTOMATICALLY MAKES IT MONEY
"The IRS decided in March 2014, to treat bitcoin and other virtual currencies as property [...] not currency"
Oops. |

Have a look at this.
including virtual items
Which means, if you bought a bad hat for 5 robux, you're not getting it back.

Not that it matters much, but did you know that Roblox used to give 20 Robux refunds on limited hats?
(Technically it said Roblox was buying the hat from you, and if you want to argue that route, then couldn't the refunds be 'disguised' as Roblox buying the hat from you)
Though the terms of service say no refunds, Roblox is actually allowed to change the terms of service. They did it a couple years ago, if I recall correctly. Everyone had to re-sign it by clicking a couple buttons. |

No support, this would ruin the accomplishments of obtaining an arguably expensive hat and KEEPING it. Many rare hats would be reduced to absolutely no value, must I remind you that this would send the entire site into a hell hole?
Correct me if I'm wrong but you also seem to be copying Protomario. "BUT"
