Rockport Department of Committees Get-Together 2016

Hey everyone! I was thinking about how the DoC hasn't had an event where we all get to meet eachother and speak about our Committees recently and decided to take a sort of poll. I believe that communication is not only crucial between the members of a single committee, but also between all of the committees. So, what better way to do this than a friendly get-together? This is why I am asking everyone in the DoC to come up with some idea of a get-together and post it below. Please make sure your idea meets these guidelines: 1) Must be ROBLOX appropriate. 2) If it requires a venue to be built, must find someone to build it and have it approved by DCoS Fob and I. 3) Must NOT be BC only. 4) Must be large enough to host 50+ in one server The deadline to submit your ideas is Wednesday, February 24th. Any suggestions posted after this date will be ignored. After the deadline has been reached, DCoS Fob and I will pick our top 4 options and put them in a poll which will be released later in the week. The suggestion with the most votes on the final poll will be the selected get-together and will commence being planned. We hope everyone enjoys the ideas that will be suggested! 1) Go over what each committee actually does 2) Introduce each DCH+ individually 3) Find ways to collaborate within the committees 4) Go over each committee's report individually 5) Have the committee heads create a speech about their committee's progress 6) Go over whether to remove/add committees ~Debatable~ 7) Come up with ways to improve activeness in committees 8) Come up with ways to improve awareness among committees 9) Come up with ways to make the DoC well-known Could be adding more, this is all I could think of. I totally agree with Lyviel, I think personaly, RDOC is getting more Inactive. I think if we could host a meeting where DHOC+ Would each talk. I myself think we should remove 3 committees. And I want your opinions, the following and the reasons. Public Advisory Committee - Inactive, no Head/Deputy. I don't think Rockport, as committee's uses it. Police Relations Board - Same as PAC, Inactive and it's not a "Committee", plus there is not Head/Deputy Head for that rank. !SixteenMoons16! ~ Let me know if that's a good Idead ~ Tell me if it isn't, also Improving Activitiness. I think we should make a RDOC Training Place. We could have DHOC+ Hosting. We could have Mario, or a Dev build it. For the group. We could build it to have a Committee Time. Committee Time - Spending time with your committee - To have some fun, but at the end, think of ways to improve, what to take out, and How the RDOC Group is going. I think each Committee should get their own room, where they can go over this. At the end of the Training/Session, we all meet for a Overall Talk/Meeting. I think that would help made RDOC Active. Let me know if It sounds good!

V, Police Relations Board. Yea, it's inactive. I think we should have a vote to remove it. Something to get it out. There is just something some of us haven't figured out yet..] Well I think the reason we are inactive, is because the Committees do no have meetings, the HOC, are mostly inactive, and the DHOC Are mostly inactive. Well not "Mostly" but sometimes. I think that we could change if we had a Meeting with our committee weekly. And a Group meeting Weekly. I also think committees should be trained. I do not know if it's a good idea.. So they can get better. Any Questons/Ideas?
