It's a animation that, because of the lighting angle, shows this clown in a creepy way. I wouldn't say it's a jumpscare, it takes a few seconds to show it. It'd probably be less worse when you type it in and then proceed to get up and stand back a bit and probably mute the audio. It plays some quiet television static the moment you enter this command as well.
I wonder what this is from? And what hackers are you guys talking about? |
