Sci-fi, T&C, FPS, RPG... A dystopian city-spaceport, a civil war breaks out between the human society and the tyrannical alien government. Similar to Brink and Borderlands in gameplay.

I could be wrong, but I think a 'dystopian' city is a failed 'utopian' city. Adventure/Apocalypse... Hmm.. There aren't very many games based on the Biblical apocalypse. Maybe a survival game about the smiting of Soddom and Gahmora?

Everyone wants to make a game with some kind of nuclear apocalypse, but I would definitely give a thumbs-up to a game based on the aftermath of an environmental catastrophe.
