I've had braces since about/around the end of summer 2015. I have periodically had them adjusted here and there. On my most recent visit to the dentists office I was told I needed to floss better, but all the floss does is get stuck in between my teeth because my gums are inflamed! This is very irritating so any help/input would be appreciated. :) ::) :) :):) ;) :) |

You could try get some sort of Gel to put in-between your teeth that should help to stop it inflaming. Or, you could get a softer floss to try avoid it altogether.

I never even tried to floss with braces
you have to spend the effort trying to get it under the wire and stuff |
