In order to keep balance in raids and training, we have classes and parties. The classes are lettered A-Z and the parties are numbered.
Each party consists of 3-4 guild members that are in the same rank. These parties can train and fight together, but the main thing is, they share prizes during raids. If a party gets the last hit, they earn a prize. This prize will be split among the party. The goal of parties is to encourage helping each other out, and it better connects the guild members with one another.
Each class has 3-4 parties that are in the same rank. These classes fight raids together, attend meetings together, and can also train together. The point of classes is to help make raids run a little smoother and make meetings a little smaller of a group.
When someone new joins the guild, they will be placed in a party that best suits them. When someone ranks up, they leave their current party and join another one in the higher rank. The only exception to the above statements is if a player doesn't want to be in that party, or a player wants to be with their friend.
Below are the parties and classes roster. The parties were chosen as best as I could, but the classes are mostly random. Classes B-D are blank because they are reserved for higher ranks. Once someone ranks up, they will be added to Class D. If someone from your party leaves the guild, please tell me so I can take them off this roster.
If you want to be placed in another party or class for any reason, just tell me. And remember, you do NOT have to train with the others in your party/class. This is mostly for raiding. Although I encourage you to train with them, you do not have to.
