Hello, my name is JamesHenrickAnderson, previously known as Micnaxing. In this forum, I will be officially announcing my candidacy as a Pinewood Builders Board of Directors. I have been with Pinewood Builders and Pinewood Security Team at the year 2014, 2015, and 2016. As you may know, your probably thinking why you haven't seen me present in any of the Pinewood Builders games. My reason is that I had too leave and I kept rejoining the group due to lack of group space. But I continuously visited the Pinewood Builders Computer Core, I noticed that some of the security personnel were not fully doing their duties professionally and correctly. At that moment, I wanted to changed that. I have been previously a Pinewood Builders Builder, until reforms and adjustments to to the ranks occurred.

If, I am chosen too be the position of Pinewood Builders Board of Directors, my future plans for the Security Division, is too make sure each Security Personnel knows how to properly handle certain situations professionally and correctly to ensure each and every individuals in-game is safe and feels comfortable and not concerned. And I will also make sure that each Pinewood Builders Security Personnel is active, properly trained, respectful, and too make sure they have etiquette grammar and literature skills and also proper Security Skills. And if anyone including visitors and Pinewood Builder Members have any questions or concerns, I will guarantee that their questions or concerns are taken care of properly by a Security Personnel. As I have seen in previous times while visiting the Pinewood Computer Core, the Pinewood Research Facility, and the Pinewood Headquarters, I have saw various Security Personnel who are fooling around and not properly doing their jobs. Which dissapoints me honestly. They have been given honorable privileges on becoming a Pinewood Security Personnel and they take advantage of that.

Over previous times, I have worked for various groups that were temporarily well-known and popular and I have also worked for a few other groups that are incredibly large as a Security Personnel. I have previously worked for Cinder-box Coffee as a Experienced Security Member, and I have worked for a group that use to be widely popular until it fell onto inactivity as Head of Security. And worked for Disneyland Robloxia Security Division as the Deputy Head of Security, which took me about 2 months to achieve this specific rank after hard work and proved myself that I was a capable individual. And as I worked for these various groups, I have learned various things which include how to properly and safely handle certain situations such as one individual possible in-danger or a weapon-involved situation. I have been also taught how to be a better Security Personnel and how to be mature and strict.
