This document explains the responsibilities and conduct of each individual in Kine Corporation. You must uphold the laws and regulations of this thread in order to progress among the ranks in Kine. 1)Starting you career 2)Roles 3)Conduct 4)Requirements 1) Starting your career ◙Internship You firstly join Kine Corporation by becoming and Intern, and at that given rank you are able to join in any certain area of any place owned by Kine Corporation, as you officially work there. ◙Staff Member You become a Staff member by applying to Kine Corporation, and officially becoming a full-time worker of the company. At this level of your career, you are now watched closely for what you want to accomplish in the company, and which department you'd enjoy joining. ◙Ending These rules will be updated with current decisions that the Board of Directors of Kine Corporation seems fit, and will be a subject to discussion towards the meetings that are held by the Board of Directors. 2) Roles ◙Intern As an Intern, you work in any place owned by Kine Corporation, you show respect towards the visitors or customers that come, you greet them whenever your job is to greet our visitors and customers, or you help them to a certain situation or with a location. You joined the company for a reason, and that reason will one day make you an Officer or a vice president in Kine Corporation. So it is important for you to act your best as an intern, it's your starter title. ◙Staff Member You are an official employee of Kine Corporation, you have the utmost responsibility to help the interns in any problem or situation they need help, and must show the utmost respect towards a visitor or a customer, it is your duty to get your name out in the company, and show us executives that you can handle it easily. ◙Security Staff You are selected individuals to enforce and protect these rules. You must acknowledge any situation that is given for you to use force, and behave accordingly to the rules of the places, it is your job to protect the interns and staff and to have peace in the places owned by Kine Corporation, we select you individuals because you have showed your loyalty to the company. ◙Supervisor You are a certain staff member chosen to lead the employees and the security staff to follow the rules given to them, you oversee most of the day-to-day operations of the places, therefore, it is your responsibility to guide them to success in the company, and the more you do that the more we see your progress and managerial skills to lead individuals. ◙Regional Manager You are the complete overseer of the Supervisor, staff, and interns, you guide them through the orders and rules straight from the corporate Headquarters, you are given the first of many responsibilities in the company, visiting places to support morale and governance making sure everything is going safely and smoothly. ◙Division Manager/Department Manager Division Managers are assigned the task to recruit the certain people for certain divisions, you interview the individuals that want to apply for the department, importantly you are the staff that interviews the applicants for entry in Kine Corporation, it is your job to recommend this certain person to this certain division, and it is necessarily the Division Manager to watch carefully for our interns that are interested in the departments. The Regional Manager may assist the Division Manager in their search for certain people to fit the requirements of the Department. ◙Ending These rules will be updated with current decisions that the Board of Directors of Kine Corporation seems fit, and will be a subject to discussion towards the meetings that are held by the Board of Directors. 3) Conduct ◙Intern As mentioned before, it is your starting title, therefore, you must be polite in working areas and must show that you can handle things without surveillance. Necessarily address a visitor or a customer by "Ma'am" or "Sir", then later "Could I help you with something?", such things like that. ◙Staff Member Like an Intern, you must be polite to your visitors and customers. Assist them when they are needed, as well for your fellow interns lend them a helping hand as you were once an intern as well, this will help you get your name out, and a possible recommendation could happen. Necessarily address a visitor or a customer by "Ma'am" or "Sir", then later "Could I help you with something?", such things like that. ◙Ending These rules will be updated with current decisions that the Board of Directors of Kine Corporation seems fit, and will be a subject to discussion towards the meetings that are held by the Board of Directors. 4) Requirements ◙Security Staff You are handpicked by any Supervisor, then later reviewed by the Regional manager, and finally interviewed by a Division Manager. The Division Manager will ask you a set of questions, and the Division manager will review your answers if you are qualified for the department. ◙Supervisor A Supervisor is chosen specifically by the Regional Manager if he sees that a certain Staff Member or a Security Staff Member showing managerial skills or has proven to become an active and loyal employee, then he/she will promote you as one. ◙Regional Manager A Regional Manager is chosen by an Executive from the corporate Headquarters, he/she must be qualified to help lead and boost morale in the assigned places they serve in. An employee is given this title by showing activity and loyalty towards the company. ◙Division Manager A Division Manager is chosen as well by an Executive from the corporate Headquarters, he/she must have served in the company for at least 3-4 months and have actively led Kine Corporation's owned places.◙Ending These rules will be updated with current decisions that the Board of Directors of Kine Corporation seems fit, and will be a subject to discussion towards the meetings that are held by the Board of Directors. •Chairman's Note• AS the current Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Co- Founder of Kine Corporation, this article is an official law for the company itself, and will be in immediate action for the company, as in it will be legal for the company.
