goodness sake, anon, if i was just quoting wikipedia i wouldn't be a medical nerd let me sum it up for you - i took an anatomy/physiology class - i became interested in A/P - i did more research into A/P - i learned things about A/P that allow me to draw reasonable conclusions just because you aren't proficient in a subject that can be googled easily doesn't mean that other people aren't proficient in it either - your friendly neighborhood medical nerd

I still got a while to go to the eye doctor, but since im lazy and look at lots of screens, i might go blind soon either that or contact lenses i don't like glasses, they make me look weird cactus

decrease the screen brightness, make sure that there's adequate lighting in the rest of the room, and stop and do something else ever ~15-30 minutes that'll reduce the progression of your eye issues - your friendly neighborhood medical nerd

@heinous he doesn't have cataracts, he's just near sighted - and that can be progressed by excessive computer usage with bad lighting @stormer sounds like it could be scoliosis. do you ever have abnormal back pains? @jenna based on your dizziness and the fact that you have asthma, you most likely have sleep apnea. Not really life-threatening or anything, but it can cause problems - you should schedule a doctor's appointment. @nomadn yes, but if you have adequate lighting and give your eyes some breaks, it may not be all that bad - your friendly neighborhood medical nerd
