I also approached Mr. Shayner respectfully about the vote that was happening. He then raged at me and swore at me. I would say that is pretty disrespectful.
I am also not denying your right to business, but if a business was wrongfully approved, something must be done. |

I am not interrupting you. Since you are the City Attorney I think you of all people should know that I have the right to reply to a petition against me, just as you did with the one against Merryweather. :) |

I tend to be neutral in situations like these, but lets look at the facts;
1) Merrywether Security did not meet the DED Minimum Requirement of 20 members before acceptance to be put in, yet they were.
2) The council is voting on the petition because it reached 10 signatures or over, not because he thinks the business has no purpose.
The DED illegally approved the business so...yeah...not Knioks fault. |

He should not be removed, in fact he was just listening to the Power of the People Act. Therefore this petition isn't really relevant. |
