jeff buckley, very expressive tenor, feel the emotion coming out of his voice, lyric tenor or possibly a leggaro tenor, he RARELY sunk below a C3 and hit C6+ with ease brian wilson, a very innocent helplessness falsetto that just sounds vulnerable while retaining a masculine sound, just clean and overall beautiful, lyric tenor paul mccartney, i wouldnt say he's moreso a very skilled singer but his tone is naturally very pleasing on everything he sings and his belt is sick, low tenor of somesorts, dramatic tenor chris martin, i dont like much of his recent stuff but early on his voice was very like clean and elegant, made great use of falsetto for emotion, lyric baritone rylan jones, my friend irl

Dave Mustaine< He isn't what you'd normally consider a good singer but there is something about his snarl that is appealing to me. James Hetfield< He is generally regarded as a good singer who can sing completely clean or with some grit, great vocal performances with a lot of emotion. Chuck Billy< He can sing clean, with a gritty rasp, and he can straight up death growl, and go in between singing and growling. He is a highly accomplished thrash vocalist. Kirk Windstein< Another kind of strange example. His voice isn't the cleanest or the best, but he shows more emotion than most vocalists, you can tell that he means what his lyrics say, and that he has lived it. His cleans are also very nice, but it's his gritty almost-shout that draws me in. Ozzy Osbourne< 'Nuff said.
