Each person will be given a position and you will be responsible to follow through with it. You need to also at least have 1 of 2 forms of communication Skype or Steam. Steam is the easiest.
Managers: What they do?
Control spam on the wall, keep an active and interesting shout, post threads for information and take public opinion. They use the above basic requirements list to filter out clans.
This will be held around 2 people because there will be other positions within just the manager rank. Every manager will be required to do all but the ally tabs management as they may have other work to do, though they should be a good source for information.
I would like a basic persuasive essay why I should let you handle this position.
Newsletter staff: To become part of the newsletter it will be accompanied by up to 3 people 1 manager 2 staff. The main person will manage the newsletter and be the primary writer, all they need to do is take the time to write it through the week and have it done around monday the next week. The 2 staff should be capable of going about making the newsletter themselves if the main one is incapable that week, the 2 staff will organize and proofread the newsletter and should be closely knit in communication.

Base list editor
You need to be able to be organized and trustworthy, you will be working with a google doc and have at least 50 clans to add to the last posted list. After that you will have to just keep up with it. This will be a primarily staff job only, Steam or skype required. Talk to me in PM about this job no specific reasoning for it.
Builder: This will be a staff job you will not be payed but we can find compensation for hard work eventually, an example piece of your skills will be required but we will treat you right, skype or steam and consistency in completing projects is a must.
Scripter: same things Staff job you will be compensated down the line and will need to know what you are capable of and what you are working on.
