Information: After much consideration Swat's motors company will be no longer be producing the Scania R620. Production of the R620 will cease at the beginning of August this year. All scania's not sold by the start of August will be sold for free at the showroom , any that still fail to sell will be destroyed.
To replace the R620 Swat's motors will be starting a more recent model of the Scania called the R420. Anyone who has any R620 orders pending , will be sent a letter and your model will be made within the next seven days. We are currently making new a chassis and body panels for the new trucks.

Staff announcement: Please can All senior management team please meet at the HQ on Saturday 25th June. You will also be given a chance to meet the new deputy and ask him any questions you my have. The meeting will start promptly at 3pm BST and will last for approximately 30 minutes.
There will also be staff trainings taking place on Saturday 25 June at 12 BST. Everyone is welcome to attend but must be on time or you will be turned away from training.

Information: Swat's motors company has now re-opened from the vote leave EU referendum and has started making models again as well as custom requests.
I am also pleased to announce we have signed a contract with South East England Ambulance Services. The contract is due to end at the start of September when we hope to re-new the contract as soon as this date comes around.

Information: We are currently in talks with jordanbalze1 our old deputy to try and get him back into the company. This follows a long absence from Jordan due to personal reasons which he has decided not to announce at this time. If and when Jordan does return he will be promoted to the rank of co-owner instead of deputy and will join me in running the company.
If Jordan does decide to release a statement based on his decision , depending on his wished it maybe posted here.

Staff announcement: Jordanblaze1 will be returning to the company in the following days. Instead of being deputy , his new role is along side me owning and running the company was hole. In this change over our new deputy Dan will continue to work as normal and will not be effected.

Staff announcement: I would like to say I am quite frankly applaud at some of the staff within this company. When on duty at the HQ on Friday night , three members of staff joined and only one was wearing the correct uniform. If this does not improve within a week , I will start to suspend/dissmiss people under the health and safety act 2014 , stating it is compulsory to wear high-visablity clothing at all time unless told not to do so. As head of the senior management team I will also be taking this growing problem up with Jordan and Swat. Dan160501 as a deputy will also be made aware of peoples intolerance towards the rules.

Staff annoumcement: Hearing this information in the post above I too am disappointed in the staff of Swat's motors. You are hand picked for a reason and that reason is to build cars and lorry's that other people see as their dream , NOT to disobey rules and cause senior management team to have to get in contact with me. If this happens again in the future consequences will follow for the people not wearing the correct uniform.

Uniform; For staff at smc it is compulsory to wear a high-visibility jacket when on duty. Please see the information bellow to make sure you are following the rules. As you are most probably aware this is now getting a big issue within the company and needs to be stopped now.
. Staff must wear a high-visibility jacket at all times when on duty at the HQ or airport unless told not do so. These high-visibility jackets are available from the company , or if your funds are to low you may wear one you already have in your inventory, as long it has at least two reflective strips and can be seen from a minimal distance of 5 meaters away. If for some reason you can not access a high-visibility jacket then you may borrow one from the HQ building when starting your shift , these when leaving the game have to be returned , this can be done by resetting your character just before leaving. If the member of staff in charge at the time has stated not to wear a high-vis then it is advised you keep away from moving machinery and vehicles.
As well as for your safety wearing a high-vis is also good for the man/women in charge because you can be spotted more quickly when needed. Because we now have forklift operators at the HQ , staff are more likely to get injured than working else wear and for the airport it's obviously similar reasons on a bigger scale. So please start to obey the rules. Notices will start to be put up around the buildings reminding staff of the consequences.
The health and safety act of 2014 states that all staff must wear an appropriate high-visibility jacket when on duty to be seen at long distances more clearly/quickly for the diver of a vehicle.It also states that failure to do this will result in dismissal from the company for the foreseeable future.

Information: The Airport is planned to open as planned at the start of the six week holidays. Operations will start on July 25th , staff will be allowed into the building two days earlier to find their way around the five terminals.
Emergency Response Team: Please may all staff in the emergency services department message me within the next couple of days. This is so I can give you your unit numbers and radio codes. Their will be a final training session held this coming Sunday , this will be staff's final chance to catch up on any training they might have missed. ( more information in post to come. )

Staff announcement: I'm pleased to announce that T5 also referred to as terminal five is now finished and the airport will open on time on the 25th of July 2016. In recent updates hi-vis posters have also been added to make staff aware about the current problems with uniform.
Any staff found not wearing a hi-vis will be immediately dismissed.
