Not really, joining Search and Rescue in the IDF, I'll be home every couple of weeks for a single Friday, no point of playing if I can't actually play. |

I've been in RAT a little bit less than I've been in UCR (7 years), I was a HR in RAT in 2010/2011 I never really asked either.

Pretty much as described it seems to just function as a rank for former Admirals/Marshals. It still has some reasonably active people in it though. |
