For example on roblox it will read through the replies of the thread and it will be able to actively detect a serious threat from a sarcastic one
If the threat of cyberbullying is deemed severe it will automatically send a report the police detailing the subjects location
As this person is a possible suspect in a crime it is entirely legal for the police force to know the location of this criminal who will then be apprehended by the authorities and if required councilling will be given to the victims of abuse
A human cannot detect sarcasm but a robot can

Nothing has the ABILITY to fail.
Nothing is made with the intention that it WILL or CAN fail.
They just do.
Machines fail all the time, and it is not unlikely that yours would too. The algorithm could slip up from time-to-time and get people falsely arrested; there's no way to accurately say it NEVER will.

Yes, OF COURSE the arrests are done by people. But like you said, the system itself is automatic, then it just sends a police report to the proper police department.
But you do realize how absurd that is, right? If your algorithm got it wrong and someone got wrongly arrested, they could sue their city and YOU.
