The only legitimate reason is for the "developers" with their exchange program and OBC where you can turn a profit. Apart from that not too many reasons.

no they don't, because i once got a 7 day ban with builders club before and i threatened to sue them because it's illegal to postpone service when i'm paying for it
it's like netflix saying you can't watch it for a week when you're paying 8 dollars a month to do so |
