[F.E.A.R.] Declaration of War on Orion Offensive

As of 3/5/16, The First Encounter Assault Recon is officially declaring war on Orion Offensive. After months of planning with High Command, Replica Forces, and other departments and divisions of FEAR, OO has been selected as the best target. The war will last as long as it needs to, negotiations will go on as soon as OO's HiCOM contacts me for amount of wins required for the war. Base negotiations will be at an all time minimal, as both Rhodes and Alianor II should be fit for war time. The biggest thing would be a group lock on the bases so that allies and randoms can not interfere with ongoing raids. I hope to hear from you within a week’s time to get his war going, Exterity and the Senate, for this will be quite the experience for us both.
