GUIDE FOR SPETSNAZ TRYOUTS
Preparations:
Make sure nobody is wearing any hats or faces
Make sure everyone has working Salute/AtEase tools.
Put all Spetsnaz on the “Spetsnaz”.
Remember to refer to the non-spetsnaz as “Trainees”.
Trainees should be STS right in front of you while spetsnaz forms an arrow behind you.
Tryout
Start
Start off by welcoming them to the tryout.
Tell them they are about to be tested to see if they can join the Elite of RA.
Tell them to refer to you as “Commandant”. If you are above that rank it is self explanatory.
Tell them the basic rules, these may include:
Do not speak unless spoken to
Do not go AFK without telling the host
Do not mess around
And the list goes on.
Drills
In Tryout-Drills you are now allowed to use tricks, however the speed you use commands in is unlimited.
They are just like RA drills, only exception is that they HAVE refer to you as “Commandant” (or above) instead of “sir”.
Proceed with drills.
As usual, if anyone does the slightest mistake they will have to be removed.
Once you feel like you are done (Recommended amount of trainees left is around 5) dismiss drills.
Splitting up into teams
After you have completed drills you are to split up into two teams. Half of Spetsnaz will take care of half of the trainees. Both teams will march to their assigned events.
The first team proceeds to gunfighting while the second team goes to the obby. Once both teams have completed the events they’ve been assigned to they will change events with the other team.
Gunfighting
Preparations:
Make sure all of the obstacles are up.
Make sure everyone is aligned with his/her back to the wall.
After a round, ask if anyone needs ammo.
Rules:
No cornershooting.
No wallshooting.
A Spetsnaz member may only be challanged once, the member may not be selected again by another trainee.
Once everyone is aligned to the wall, you will ask the first trainee (starting from left) which Spetsnaz member he/she would like to fight. Once he/she has given you an answer he/she and the Spetsnaz member will go to their sides. A trainee has to win 1 out of 3 rounds against the Spetsnaz member. If the trainee succeeds he/she will go back to his/her original position (against the wall). If he/she has failed, ask them politely to leave the game.
Obby
Preparations:
Line the trainees up in front of the first obstacle.
Rules:
Each group is given 6 minutes to complete the obby WITH checkpoints.
Teamwork is not permitted.
Nobody is allowed to push/shove anyone intentionally.
Spetsnaz may patrol the obby and look for any kind of cheating.
Once a trainee has finished they will stay at the end of the obby.
The ones who do not complete the obby within 6 minutes will be removed from the tryout.
Ending
Go back to the drill lines/in front of the main building and STS Spetsnaz along with the trainees. Inform the remaining trainees that they have passed the tryouts in a positive way. Tell them to send a join request, and remind them to read the full guide. Once all of them have sent a request Spetsnaz will salute to the trainees.
“Welcome to Spetsnaz”.
Dismiss everyone, but wait a bit at the place if anyone has any questions.
