You have to keep Windows 7. I can see that everyone here is talking about Win10 and ID=17 shutdowns. To downgrade, I think you're supposed to reboot and start from scratch, and reinstall Win7 without upgrading it, and the you install all optional updates unrelated to language.

When I got Windows 10, my stuff got smushed into little pieces that made it look overweight. I never got to try ROBLOX though, but it looked hideous so I reverted it to Windows 7. It was just a thought, too, but everyone with this error I've seen so far had Windows 10. Maybe this will work.
