if its a dream like experience you want, i got your back.
Just make the song about a home invasion where someone breaks in and kills your entire family, and as you run out the front door to escape you're join as fast as you possibly can. However, with each breath you notice your body is moving increasingly slower, and the killer is catching up behind you. You continue to lose speed until your legs are so heavy you can't even pick them up. You're panicking now. Look behind you, the killer is right there. He smiles as he looks into your terrified eyes. He laughs menacingly. He raises his axe. You beg and plead for your life. He brings the weapon down fast, and just before you can feel it connect, you're jolted awake, shivering in cold sweat. You're traumatized a bit, and so you lay awake in bed for 2 hours before you're able to go back to sleep. You're about to finally drift off into dreamland when you hear glass smash downstairs. Then footprints leading up into your parents' rooms. Screaming. The cycle repeats.
....or am i the only one who has dreams like that?

though my dreams are pretty weird, so maybe i really shouldn't be going for a dream-like experience after all... |
