Money doesn't just 'appear' on the ROBLOX site, you have to pay real money to get it (unless you're wanting to wait a realllllly long time for the tix to add up), so it doesn't matter WHO is paying it, just that it's being paid. If you're able to earn enough money to DevEx, and you meet their standards, you should be able to DevEx, regardless of the method used to gain money.

They don't care how you made the robux, as long as you did it legitimately.
