How to make a gui stretch to the edge of the screen?

I have a gui I want to take up the whole screen, but don't want to just make it's size some gigantic number, I want it to fit the the screen of the player, which varies from computer to computer... How can I do this?

make its size (1,0,1,0) the first numbers should ALWAYS be used
