NOTE: We ask that even if you are not in CBS News, please read over this. This will contain recruitment information for those wanting to join CBSN. Also, it is important for the community to help make sure certain members of CBSN are not in the wrong place or doing something they shouldn't, as the management cannot monitor all of CBSN at once.
CBSN members are required to read this. If not, there may be consequences and you will be fired without warning if you are not doing your job correctly.

INTRODUCTION:
Recently, CBS News has been really inactive. We hope this Plan of Service will help things get back into shape. Hopefully we can extend job oppurtunites so that we can have more employees working for CBS News. This thread will contain everything you need to know about CBSN - From rules and regulations to recruitment information.

RANKS & RESTRICTIONS:
Suspended
*Description: Relieved from duty.
*Restrictions: Cannot go on team(When we get one). If caught, they will be exiled.
*Limit: Unlimited.
Security
*Description: Guards CBS News HQ or guards CBS News events.
*Restrictions: Can go on team but cannot leave the CBSN HQ unless Supervisor+ gives them permission.
*Limit: 40 members
Head of Security
*Description: Leads the Security of CBSN.
*Restrictions: Does not command any other rank but Security.
*Limit 1-3 members
News Anchor
*Description: Talks about recent events in NUSA.
*Restrictions: Does not command anyone.
*Limit: 20 members
Live Interviewer
*Description: Interviews VIPs/High Rank officials in NUSA. Live interviewers does not interview for jobs.
*Restrictions: Does not command anyone.
*Limit: 20 members
Journalist
*Description: Writes articles about recent NUSA events on a thread. They must be honest and not biased.
*Restrictions: Does not command anyone.
*Limit: 20 members
Reporter
*Description: Collects information for news anchors to report about and journalists to write about.
*Restrictions: Does not command anyone.
*Limit: 20 members
Supervisor
*Description: Supervises CBS News's activity and makes sure everyone is staying on task.
*Restrictions: Must suspend those who does not do their job correctly as well as keeping up with the group's activity.
*Limit: 10 members
Manager
*Description: Manages the group in general - Keeping the group active, firing members who deserves it, etc.
*Restrictions: Must make sure the group is being well-run and going smoothly.
*Limit: 5 members
Chief Executive Officer
*Description: Responsible for overseeing the group's operations.
*Restrictions: Commands lower-ranking employees.
*Limit: 1 member
Vice President of CBSN/President of CBSN are self-explanatory.
Vice Chairmen/Chairman of CBSN chooses the President and Vice President of CBSN and owns the group, and runs it.

ACTIVITY PLAN:
We are very strict about activity in CBS News. If you are inactive in CBS News for one week without consulting the VP+, you will be fired. We host an activity check every two weeks to keep the group running smoothly and remaining active. Every now and then, we will do a quick activity check. If the group dies for some reason, we will hold complete reforms so we can get more active.

MANAGEMENT PLAN:
Management must be active. Without management, the group will fail miserably and we don't want that. We need everyone to remain active, to be there to host interviews/tryouts and to be there to run the group alongside the Executives of the group. Management, please remain active and we will be forever thankful of you :)

RECRUITMENT INFORMATION:
-Attendees (Trainees) must be 200+ days old.
-Nobody may be kicked or banned for failing, being in another USA, being in an agency that is not blacklisted, or any other strange or cruel reason, as it is unfair. They may, however, be kicked or banned for unruly behavior or being a part terrorist group.
-Use a points system. No bias. If the tryout is based on bias, the host WILL be fired immediately.
-Vice Chairmen+ can invite people to CBSN.
-Make sure the questions in the interviews aren't impossible or stupid. They have to be appropriate.
-Tryouts/interviews MUST be hosted on official CBSN grounds.
