From the evidence given, it is found:
- the playing style of Skyler1963 in Game 5 drastically changed.
- Three separate alt accounts were present at Game 5, Mitchell_Marner, Sea_Lions, and Frank_Heffley appeared. Mitchell was created earlier and is a known alt of Skyler. The two previous accounts were made during the match day and all three accounts are presumably related to Skyler as they appeared right after one account got banned.
Therefore the RNHL BOD decided on the following criteria:
- Seattle automatically forfeits the entire series for repeat offences, including throttling and using an alt to dodge a suspension. Denver will move on to the S13 finals.
- As Rataids is a repeat offender in this series, his original suspension of the entire series will be lengthened into Season 14. This includes the whole S14 preseason + the first 5 regular season matches of S14.
- Because Skyler1963 contributed in this incident by giving Rataids access to his account, he will also serve a suspension. This includes the whole S14 preseason, with the first 2 games in the S14 season.
Speaking for the board, we deeply apologize for this mess, and I hope we can continue the rest of the season without issue. Thank you.

his alt account is Mitch_Marner, which was terminated. stop trying to BS the sea lions. denver pay you to do this? they're mad they cant win a series legit.

What happened is entirely the league's fault.
First off, Amano should've NEVER been suspended, If I was suspended for doing something I did not do, I would DEFINITELY illegaly play.
The league can't handle anything and randomly threw a suspension on Rataids which contributed to this chaos. |

This decision makes it look like the RNHL board actually SUPPORTS killing the league.
I also have a feeling like 10% of the board decided this.
