I also really wanted Katie to be the co-owner (before she wasn't) so I helped her. I want to see how she works as a co-owner again!

5 ~ I feel I can be a positive dance coach and excellent role model for the dancers, I believe the role of a coach is more than just a badge and a title. It means being a good leader, respecting everyone, and being trustworthy.

9. In Focus Dance, i helped some friends with choreographing their solos which got a rank up for them. I have been complimented on Roblox of good choreography. I have been trained by coaches on a Roblox game (forgot the name, sorry!) on tips on how to choreograph dances. in real life, I have choreographed and been complimented on a dance I had made. I was also taught tips in real life how to choreograph dances.

5. Why should we pick you over any other member? You should pick me over any other member, because I am very energetic, experienced, and I adore Diamond Dance and would never do anything to hurt it.
6. Did you or do you have any dance related jobs? If so then what are they/describe them? I have not had any other Dance related jobs. I have not had the opportunity.
7. Do you have any other jobs on ROBLOX? If so then what are they/describe them? Yes I have many! I am an employee at Boho Salons, which is where we help anybody get makeovers. It involves a lot of talking, time management and fun! Also, I am a receptionist at Hilton Hotels. I give rooms to people which involves chatting, time management, dealing with trollers and again, fun!
8. In at least five sentences, give an explanation for why you want this job. Diamond Dance is my absolute favorite game! Whenever I walk through the doors, I feel welcomed unlike some other atmospheres where people can be harsh, and unaccepting. The first time I came in, I was greeted by amazing staff, and ever since I have longed to do the same. Make other people feel welcome the first time they walk through the doors of Diamond Dance. I can imagine a new member joining the server, and me being the first friendly face they see, and thats something I have always dreamed of. I want this job just to make a sliver of an impact on somebodies day.
9. In 5 sentences minimum, explain your experience or special training in the job you are applying for. Even though I have not had any crazy experience for this exact position, I still think I would be a good fit. I have trained multiple people at the Hilton Hotel training center, and almost all of they have succeeded. I have also won 3 Diamond Dance competition for ### ###### so I am very familiar with the controls. Also, I deal with customer service in almost all of my Roblox jobs, from talking to people, and training them. This is my experience and I apologise if it is not enough.
10. On a scale of 1-10, how active will you be at the studio? 10 is highest 1 is lowest. Im on Roblox everyday for at least 2 hours, so I would say 8.
11. In a minimum of three sentences, describe yourself and your flaws. Like all, I am a very flawed person. First, I can get a little to excited and chatty with one person. This can sometimes distract me, but I plan on working on this in the future. Also, I can be on mobile sometimes because my computer has broken, but all the competitions I have won have been on mobile so I dont let this bring me down! A bit about me: Hi! My name is Ella, and im 16 years old! I adore dance and I have danced in real life until I was 13, when I developed a back injury. I had to stop dancing and that Is when I joined Roblox. Little did I now I could still dance again at Diamond Dance.

I have one thing I want to do at Diamond Dance, but many things I plan to do. The most basic thing I can do is be the person who puts a smile on somebodies face as they walk through the door. I also have experience dealing with trollers, and other people so I could assist in that field. I also would be good at teaching students how to dance better, and tips on winning comps.
