You must follow the rules at all time, any person not following these rules will be punished corresponding to the amount of offenses they have committed:
-1st offense: warning or jail time
-2nd offense: kick
-3rd offense: ban
*If an offense includes griefing, spamming, deleting, or flaming, admins are able to insta-ban the player.
1.The First Person in the server, gets to pick the year from 1936-1945. They can also pick a specific time period categorized as Early,Mid or Late;for a more in depth game. Each Year lasts 1 hour.
2.No Deleting, griefing, saying very harsh things other players. If you do so u will be banned. (This Includes Admins)
3.Now if you message me (ThePerfecSnipes) saying so and so deleted or spammed etc. I need their name and if i ask you that i need proof then please provide me with the following. Video proof or a photo, I don't always take witness accounts for evidence.
4.You Cannot Play two Nations at once unless it's one of the following:
-Someone has given you temporary control over their nation. (only temporary [Less than 1 hour])
-You see a nation that no player is currently playing and you want a challenge(major powers are excluded).
5.No Making Custom Sets with more than one Major power's units. The major powers are: Germany,USSR,UK,USA,Japan,France and Italy (you can make a custom out of any set).
6.No more than 1 person can join a team unless there is 10 or more people in the server. No more than two people can join a team unless there is 15 people in the server.(3 max per team)
7.Mini Map Rps are allowed if the majority of the server agrees to it or if I say its alright.
8.Private Scenarios are allowed if there is less than six players in a server.
9.NO GOD MODDING![Spamming units, unrealistic role play, units used during incorrect time, no essential buildings] (Use the Unit Manufacturing rules to avoid this)
10.Major powers can not trade units with another major power, non-major powers can not trade with more than 1 major power.(you may give rebels mechanized vehicles and some normal units, except tanks or artillery bigger than a 12 pdr)
11.You need proper Buildings/facilities to produce units. Houses,Farms,airports,factories,barracks, and docks are a must.
12. Mini build only, unless its a big scale scenario,(mini building's should be no taller than half the size of a ROBLOX Character).[Width may be a problem, admins will let you know if it is or isn't]
13.When you start out, start in your nations main territory.
14.All admins must listen to valid requests.
15.NO ADMIN ABUSING!!!! AT ALL!!!
16.Ships cannot sail far distances without stopping at a friendly port, same thing with aircraft with airfields.
17.Players can Call peace Time[PT] if they have less than 25 Military Units, this peace time lasts 1 hour (a player cannot delete their units and call PT after another player has declared war). If a player declares war or builds over 25 units, their PT is canceled.
18.Players are not allowed to build to another player's land unless they have permission to do so.
19.No making Artificial Islands; unless its geographically correct.
20.Units Must follow the years accordingly if you are not sure of then the unit was made ask around (I will have the years added to the unit's name at some point)
21.No surprise attacks, you must Formally declare war and only conduct it if the person is present (unless its an un-played nation)
22.No attacking Unplayed major powers (this includes territories in other continents)
23.V-1,V-2, flying radio guided bombs, nukes, zombies, aliens, and any units outside of WW2 are not allowed UNLESS I allow it.
24.No model copying other people's work unless you asked and they said its ok.
25.When moving troops to a certain destination, move it slowly, to avoid impossible unrealistic speeds -Its Gmoding- (Arctic and desert areas cause 2x the amount of travel needed if you do not have the sufficient unit types, such as desert corps or alpine troops).
26.Players can not take more than 6 unplayed countries (Excluding some smaller islands) (A major is not allowed to be taken unless someone is playing as it), but players can still take over played countries. Players must have at least 10 ground units stationed in that country. Players may add resistance groups to improve role playing game play.
27.You need a legitimate reason for war or rebelling.
28.Rebels only start out with 10 infantry, but are allowed to capture enemy vehicles.
29.If a rebellion force is able to break apart from their former nation successfully, they are allowed to make a custom set out of that nation's set.
30.Jets may be built during their "first-flight" year.
31.If a nation commits a war crime, other nations are allowed to declare war, break pacts, or embargo the person committing the crime. Rebels are also allowed to form in retaliation.
Examples:
• willful killing;
• torture or inhuman treatment, including biological experiments;
• willfully causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health;
• extensive destruction or appropriation of property, not justified by military necessity and carried out unlawfully and wantonly;
• compelling a prisoner of war or other protected person to serve in the forces of a hostile Power;
• willfully depriving a prisoner of war or other protected person of the rights of a fair and regular trial;
• unlawful deportation or transfer;
• unlawful confinement;
• taking of hostages.
32.No adding tech that is not in-game.
33.No giving people your land and units before you leave, you can only give them your country if they will join that team; example: Your Russia and you have to go for some reason. You Decide to give your land to the Germany player, you cannot do that -_- (This rule must be followed or it's instant ban with only one warning per person total; I will remember who didn't follow this rule)
34.Players are allowed to play as a major power's colony as a free nation. If the player joins before the colony's owner, then the player does not have to rebel. If the player joins after the owner, they have to rebel.
35. Colonies go to the owner, unless the nation has separated from the owner. If a player is able to take over the owners nation, they receive the colonies. (add resistance forces in the colonies for better RP)
