Hollow - Would make the inside part of a part hollow, with the "shell" now being only 1/5th a stud wide. To be used with Cut. Cut - You would be able to take out a stud of any part and use it elsewhere.

or maybe I have an idea if you're going to build, stop being lazy and asking for these things. building takes time for "hollow" get off your lazy butt, stop asking for these things, and use solid modeling for "cut" get off your lazy butt, stop asking for these things, and create a new block the dimensions you would like

ironically he's actually very correct, when hitting ctrl + z or clicking undo glitches a lot when using plug-ins to build >disregracefulness
