We, officers of Docklands, will defend and protect our state, protect the innocents and serve for the people,to uphold the laws and rules that has been set, and create justice for all, do ordain and establish rules and regulations as the code of conduct for Docklands Police Department.

【Section I: Patrolling】
I. Follow ALL Docklands Laws.
II. Uniforms must be worn when on duty.
III. Abusing weapons will result in a suspension.
IV. Officers are not allowed to arrest or pull over someone without having a legitimate reason.
V. Suspended officers cannot go on duty, patrol, or be on the DPD team. Doing so will result in an extended suspension.
VI. Use the radio properly. Do not spam or post things that may not be helpful to other officers.
VII. Officers may only have 2 officers per traffic stop unless assistance is called for.
VIII. Do not spawn a large amount of cars, this will lag the server and may result in punishment.
IX. Give the appropriate punishment that fits the seriousness of the crime.
X. Remember turn off your sirens when performing a traffic stop. Also remember to turn off lights/sirens when they are not needed.
XI. Officers are allowed to pull over DDOT, FD, and EMS only if they are not following the traffic laws.
XII. Officers are required to report to a Assistant Chief+ about any abuse with proper video/picture proof. Abuse should not go on the group wall.
XIII. Officers are not allowed to drive a civilian car while on the DPD team or drive cop cars while not on the DPD team.
XIV. Officers must be mature on duty.(Trolling or fooling around is prohibited)
XV. Always listen to your superior officers.
XVI. Officers must respect people whom they pull over, unless they become hostile.
XVII. During arrest, remember to tell the citizens their rights (See Citizen Rights above)
XVIII. Using any other weapons other than weapons that is given when spawned is prohibited.
XIX. Officer must pass the Driver's License test in order to drive police cars in Harford.
XX. Temporary AOS in Harford can only be called by an (HR) Superintendent+ only.( Temp. AOS will only last at that server and until the suspect is arrested)

【Section II: Basic Rules】
I. You must follow all laws in Docklands.
II. When talking to HR's, address them as “Sir” or “Ma’am” and if you do not know which one to address them by, ask.
III. Follow all ROBLOX rules and guidelines.
IV. Official uniforms must be worn at all DPD affiliated places (Unless off duty). (See S.VII for official uniform guidelines)
V. If you cannot afford the full uniform, you can buy the top and have the pants dark.
VI. No profanity at any DPD place. (That includes if you censor or shorten one. Don’t use any form of profanity).
VII. Arguments on the DPD wall are not permitted. They block out other information and create contention. If possible, work it out in PM or not at all.
VIII. Don’t advertise on the DPD wall or in game for anything at all, except elections, speeches, and custom uniforms.
IX. HR's, when addressing other officers, you all should use grammar and correct language.
X. DPD uniforms are required while you’re doing anything DPD related or on duty.
XI. Respect those who achieve promotions and positions, don't complain about them.
XII. Do not stalk/follow HR’s for promotions or anything else related to DPD doing so will result in necessary actions.
XIII. Don’t private message an HR for a training or a promotion. If you do so you will be likely punished. Also, don’t pm a high rank to rush a promotion.
XIV. We do not tolerate lying. Failure to be honest will result in a suspension or demotion.

【Section III: Trainings】
I. Promotions for each training will be different depending on the trainer.
II. Commanders+ Cannot earn promotions at training's.
III. Trainings will be held whenever a HR feels fit to do so.
IV. Trainings are to consist of teaching officers a specific skill for on-duty uses.
V. All higher ranking officials must be addressed as “ma’am” or “sir” when training or patrolling.
VI. If you need to go AFK, you are to tell the trainer. They will inform you what to do.
VII. If you disrespect anybody during a training, it will result in kick/ban/suspension.
VIII. When an HR commands you to do something, you are to stop what you are currently doing and do what you were told to do without question.
IX. Trainings are to be controlled. (Do whatever you need to do to control your trainees.)
X. Do not go into any areas of the training places that the trainer(s) haven’t told you to go to.
XI. Trainers must teach trainees the proper way, not rushing into the activities poorly.
XII. Trainers must use proper techniques that are appropriate for the context of the event.
XIII. Trainers may have their own set of rules. If you do not agree to their rules, you may be kicked.
XIV. Co-hosts for training must be (MR) Commander and can be co-host if the trainer is a superintendent or above.
XV. There should be no more than 3 people on the trainer team at ANY time.
XVI. When doing laps, shortcuts are an instant kill + 3 laps for the team. Talking while doing laps is an instant kill + 1 lap for the team.
XVII. HR's are ONLY allowed to use admin on the trainer team.
XVIII. MR Trainings may only be hosted by Assistant Chief+
XIX. A maximum of 3 people can only be promoted during a MR training.
XX. A maximum of 3 people can only be promoted during a training with less than 10 people. If it is more than 10 people, a maximum of 6 unless approved by Chief+
XXI. All people that is selected during the MR training must be approved by Chief+
XXII. Training must last for more than 30 mins in order to promote people.
XXIII. Only official DPD Training Facilities can be used to train members.
XXIV. HR’s are allowed to use (:logs) (:chatlogs) or (:pm) on any teams.
XXV. All HR’s must be added on the HR skype chat before they can be a High Rank.
XXVI. (LR) Lieutenant cannot be promoted through training. They must complete the MR obby course to be promoted as a MR.
XXVII. All new High Ranks must host with an HR that has been with the group for over 1 month for the first 3 trainings.

【Section IV: Admin Commands】
I. Admin can be used at all trainings by the host and co-hosts only.
II. Admin commands must be used in a reasonable form for training purposes.
III. No usage of admin commands should be a form of admin abuse, or unreasonable toward the training.
IV. In Docklands cites, admin cannot be used to teleport a prisoner out of jail.
V. Using admin in Docklands cities to help commit a crime will not be tolerated. (This will result in a suspension/demotion)
VI. You are allowed to team someone to a prisoner if they leave and rejoin, switch teams, or reset to avoid arrest.
VII. Fun commands are NOT allowed. Use of fun commands will result in a suspension.

【Section V: High Rank Conduct】
I. HR’s are to act mature, respect everyone, and to set an example.
II. HR’s must enforce the rules and guidelines, and give out the appropriate punishment for an offense of a rule/guideline.
III. HR’s must stay active, or risk demotion.
IV. As a HR you must serve as role model to everyone who looks up to you. As a high rank you must be on your best behaviour.
V. HR’s must also follow the rules/guidelines displayed, nobody is above the rules/guidelines with the exception of the commissioner.
VI. You are to act like a HR at all times you're doing DPD activities.
VII. HR's cannot suspend/demote ANY HR unless told to by the Chief or Commissioner with proof.
VIII. You may not start a petition to remove or demote any DPD member.
IX. HR's are not allowed to demote other HR's without the permission from the Chief+
X. HR’s must be on HR skype chat and for AC+, they must have trello.
XI. HR’s must sent their recommended suspension with evidence to Assistant Chief+ for approval. Once approved, AC+ must rank them to suspended and make a trello card with the proper suspension format.
XII. High Ranks are REQUIRED to read the update logs for the training facility that they are using (if they haven't done so already). They should know the updates that has happened and ask DC+ if they have any questions with the new update.
XIII. (:slock) is no longer allowed during normal trainings. This excludes MR training or any special training that is approved by Chief+
XIV. Training must be held at least once a week for (HR) Superintendent or twice a month for AC and DC.
XV. Trainers must shout [END] after a training is over. Failure to do that may result in suspension/demotion.
XVI. HR’s should not overshout [KIS] and [KIS] can only be issued by AC+

【Section VI: Trello】
I. All Assistant Chief+ and above have the right to be added to the Trello board.
II. The only reason someone should be removed from the Trello board is if that person is suspended.
III. Suspended HR's are NOT allowed to be on the Trello board until their suspension is over.
IV. You are NOT allowed to delete or modify any cards that are not yours.
V. Adding yourself to the admin list after you have been removed for a suspension will add one week to your suspension.
VI. Unsuspend any and all officers on the date and time of their suspension end date.
VII. You cannot add yourself to admin list. Only gov. Or Chief+ may add admin on that list.

【Section VII: Uniforms】
I. ONLY official DPD uniforms (purchased through the group "Docklands Police Department" Shirt + Pants) or body color (Medium blue Arms + Torso, Really black Legs) can be used during training for LR/MR ranks. Any other uniform, including custom uniforms, are strictly prohibited. Only HR's can wear custom uniforms! Any packages is also prohibited. High rank will not kick them, but instead, they will be character with a default uniform using the (:uniform) command.
II. Your uniform must be respected. No ROBLOXian 2.0 or any other package shall be worn while you are on duty or wearing your uniform.
