Hello. It's good to see that you would like to help out the customers of Code 3 Customs. First off, let's define what a salesperson (salesman or saleswoman) is. Salesperson - (noun) A person whose job involves selling or promoting commercial products, either in a store or visiting locations to get orders. What about a receptionist? Receptionist - (noun) A person employed in an office or other establishment to answer the telephone, deal with customers, and greet visitors. Now that you know the general definition of this position, it's time to take a look at what you'll be doing at Code 3 Customs. The Duties of a C3C Salesperson/Receptionist: - Visit the showroom and other C3C places often when visitors are there. - Kindly greet and help the customers. - When at a C3C place, dress casually, formally, or in emergency responders' gear. - Know the products of Code 3 Customs. (This will help you help the customers.) - Be able to correctly give customers pricing and details of C3C products. - Also be able to correctly instruct customers on how to place an order. If you don't know how to do all of the above, please visit the showroom and learn from the automated receptionist. Also, be sure you have read the C3C group description and place descriptions. If you still aren't sure how to do all of the duties listed above, ask someone who is already a salesperson for Code 3 Customs or message me (mrfergie). Please note that all C3C salespeople will receive 10% of any sale they help make. Now it's time for you to apply your skills! Message the follow questions and answers to me (mrfergie). You may copy & paste the questions, but you must type the answers in your own words. 1) A customer is at the Showroom and asks you, "How do I buy this vehicle?" What do you reply? 2) List 4 products of Code 3 Customs, their prices, and a description or feature of each. 3) You see a non-Guest player at the Showroom and you are not busy. What do you do? What do you say to him/her? 4) What do you plan to wear while at C3C places when dealing with customers? 5) What does GUI stand for? How do you know? How does Code 3 Customs use GUIs? 6) Is it okay for someone to share their C3C purchases with other people or make them a free model? What do you do if you see this? 7) (Optional) Have you ever purchased from Code 3 Customs? Thank you for reading! Written by Mrfergie.
