So by now, most of us have heard about the ticket removal update, and most of us object to it. Here, I will tell you MY opinion about this. In their recent blog post, Roblox states this quote: "ROBLOX developers will no longer receive Tickets on place visit. Currently, only a very small portion of our top developers’ income is from Tickets." While this may be true in some cases, and the fact that developers focus more on selling gamepasses and developer products, this statement is not true. Take the game, Phantom Forces for example. It has over 32 million visits! That equals over 32 million tickets, or approximately 1185223 robux if you trade currency! The income per-visit might not be a main focus in developer's profit ideas, but it sure is helpful for front page games. Too bad Roblox isn't smart enough to figure that out... As for the daily login removal, that was even more stupid. Now NBCers have no way of gaining currency unless they buy it. Roblox stated that they didn't do this out of greed, but we all can tell they need more money. I believe that if users wanted to buy any, they would've already. Instead of making an increase in profit, Roblox probably will lose a large sum of players. Here is another fact Roblox doesn't know: A huge source of developer's income comes from NBC players! You know how they get the money? DAILY TICKET INCOME!!! Roblox states that this update will help "all of roblox". It is very obvious it was aimed for a bigger profit for them, and they wanted to get developers a "reward" but they don't care about the players who play and fund the dev's games. If anything, they made it WORSE. -Kelime, Signing Out...
