Maybe give 1 robux every 1-2 days, since 10 Tix right now is trade-able for 20 tix, give or take.

No, it shouldn't be compensated for at all. It just shouldn't happen. There are no benefits to adding this but there are dozens of downsides. It should just not happen. That is the solution. Abandon the idea.
